I am a cosmic energy, a starbit of matter that fluctuations between the realms of intergrity and bliss. As native Angelino, I have embraced many forms of self expression and artistic mediums, from graff art and murals to theatre and dance (all while tuned into the sounds of the concrete jungle known as Los Angeles). While I have had many great experiences in LA, I have not always appreciated every experience and in some cases words were limiting and could not accurately convey my emotional states- whether I was excited, mourning or simply flustered by nation and global events.

In many ways, art is a release through which clairity of self can be achieved- whether one is seeking an answer to a personal deliemma or simply needs a few moments to reflect or muse on a particular issue. Art is, and has typically been, a catharsis; one which has allowed individuals to have the most profound insights about their interior and exterior world.

As sentient beings with cognative abilities, we have the ability to weigh, evaluate and critique the world around us in ways which were unheard of a few decades ago. It is this ability that allows us, not only to find art that we enjoy (or simply find to be "nice") but to be able to communicate to others why a particular art piece evokes inspiration, happiness, or sentiments of peace.
